Questions Clients Ask Before Starting
Before we schedule a first visit, most homeowners want to know how things actually work. Not the polished version, but the practical details: who shows up, what tools they bring, how long a standard job takes, and what happens if something goes wrong. These questions are fair, and they deserve straight answers.
The most common question is about pricing. We work with transparent hourly rates, and the quote you receive before work starts is the amount you pay when it is done. There are no surprise add-ons for basic materials like screws, sealant, or cleaning supplies. If a job turns out to be bigger than expected, we stop and confirm the new scope with you before continuing.
Another frequent question concerns vetting. Every person who enters your home has been through a background check and has completed at least two supervised jobs with our team. We do not send contractors we have not worked with ourselves. For recurring plans, you get the same person each visit unless you request a change, which keeps things consistent and comfortable.
People also ask about preparation. For cleaning visits, you do not need to move furniture or clear counters. Our team brings their own equipment and products, though you are welcome to specify any products you prefer we use. For repair work, we ask that the area is accessible and that pets are secured, but that is about it. We handle the rest.
Finally, clients want to know what happens if a task is not completed to their satisfaction. We offer a redo guarantee: if you are not happy with a finished job, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and fix it at no extra cost. This applies to both one-off bookings and monthly care plans.
If you have a question that is not covered here, send it through before your first booking. We would rather answer everything upfront than leave you guessing.
